Deep in the quiet woods of Wisconsin is a bustling, thriving workshop. All year round the smoke can be seen curling out of the house’s little chimney. For here, among the cherry orchards, many of Santa’s toys are made by busy helpers who paint, design gifts that Santa delivers to children all over the world. Once in a while, Santa stops by to lend a helping hand. The colorful cherries growing in the surrounding trees inspire Santa to paint the bright red fruit on toys, trains and games. This makes Santa so cheerful that Mrs. Claus affectionately calls him her “Merry Cherry Santa!”
