Description
Children of all ages “and Teddy Bears” love to have a story read to them, and Santa, needing a break from his hectic Christmas schedule, is only too happy to oblige. The children choose their favorite book, Teddy Bear Christmas, and cuddle around Santa as he begins the story of a lonely little Teddy Bear who found his way to a very special home of Teddy Bear collectors one Christmas long, long ago. The family had a little girl and boy who loved cuddly bears. Each Christmas, Santa would bring them a new bear to add to their collection.
One year, Santa realized he was out of bears by the time he got to their house. In a quandary as to what to do, Santa noticed he had just one bear left in his sleigh, a scruffy brown bear that he had been meaning to repair for some time. With no other options in sight, Santa had to put the worn little bear under the children’s Christmas tree. When the children awoke to find the shaggy bear, their hearts filled with love for him. They combed his hair, Mother repaired a broken seam and they tied a big red bow around his neck. They gave him hugs and kisses and the little Teddy Bear had never been happier in his life! At last, he had come home! Merry Christmas to all!
