It’s surprising to Santa that on this year’s wish lists there are a lot of wishes for Santas! Now while Santa knows that his image, on everything from gift wrap to ornaments, has been very collectible throughout the years, he is nevertheless slightly amused and humbled that anyone would want to see his smiling face on anything! Well, if they want his image, at least he’ll put it on something useful like these new candy containers which were once popular during the early 1900’s. Made out of paper mache and molded into cheery figures, the candy containers pull apart, revealing a cavity where Christmas candy can be hidden. With a stroke of his paint brush, Santa puts the finishing touches on each container, thereby making them highly valuable. After all, who wouldn’t want a Santa that has been hand-painted by Santa!!!
